Business meetings held at Whitmoor Country Club are guaranteed to be a success because of our outstanding facilities, food and service. This is definitely a great place for your management team to relax and discuss your company's future. This is a meeting site that will thoroughly impress your clients, customers or employees.

We do allow members of the public to hold business meetings at Whitmoor, even though we are a private club. This can give your guests a unique chance to get a glimpse of our 38,000 square-foot clubhouse and our two beautiful golf courses.

What also makes us a very unique location is that we can handle smaller events and very large groups. We have flexible meeting spaces to offer you. Our three main dining spaces can be combined to handle up to 500 people, a real plus for seminars and conferences.

The expansive Trophy Room will seat up to 300 guests and features our trophy case and a fireplace. The Trophy Room is perfect for indoor dining or cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the outdoor covered deck.
You can combine the Trophy Room with the Eagle and Whitmoor rooms to handle an additional 200 guests. In the Eagle Room, two walls of windows fill this space with light. From here guests can enjoy a bird's eye view of the Whitmoor Country Club property. The nearby Whitmoor Room features chandelier lighting.

All these rooms can be set up theater-style to accommodate lectures and seminars. We also offer a full range of audio-visual equipment such as flip charts, overhead project and screen, podium, TV or VCR, and wireless internet access.

Think about combining an outing on one of our golf courses with your event. Start out with lunch and a business meeting, for example, and then adjourn to a round of 18 on Whitmoor's famous North or South. Then return to the clubhouse for a final dinner. With two great courses to draw on, Whitmoor can stage tournaments and golf outings for your organization or business that are above and beyond anything that you have experienced before. Your guests will love the excitement of the competition on courses that many of them have longed to play.
